I am a self-righteous asshole. Ive forgotten what it is to love unconditionally. Ive forgotten how to forgive. Ive forgotten humility. Where was it that I lost these things? Was I wronged? Was I jaded? Or do I just need an excuse, a justification to explain away my pitiful soul? There is good down there somewhere. There is kindness. There is love. Passion. Purity. Faith.

Help. De-cloud my eyes. Un-sheath my heart. Make me vulnerable.
